• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  It’s a case-by-case decision. I am just one elf and every country has different fees and regulations. Contact me first!

• Do your elf ears need adhesive / glue / liquid latex to stay on?

  Nope! Our elf ears simply hang on to your natural ears.

  If you are planning to wear our elf ears for an active performance, or somewhere curious children may try to pull them off, then we recommend a small dot or stripe of lash glue. Apply it directly to the silicone ears, where they’ll make contact with your natural ears. There is a diagram on our website, elf-ears.com, showing the best location for lash glue application. You can find lash glue anywhere false eyelashes are sold.

  We find this type of glue holds best, is skin-safe, and washes off your ear and the silicone ear easily.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you use cheap metals that will turn my skin green?

  No! Our jewelry has been tested on people who experience the green-skin reaction to cheap metals. None of our jewelry will cause your skin to turn green. Many of the gold chains are 18K gold plated, and as far as we know, our silvery metals contain no nickel. However, we cannot guarantee our metals are 100% allergy-proof, if you are sensitive to other alloys. Soon we’d like to upgrade to all surgical steel for our silver-colored metals.
